The Baldock Festival is publicised in a variety of
media, both within and outside the town. People or organisations sponsoring
the Festival will receive recognition for their generosity and support in
many of these, which we hope they will find beneficial to their own
publicity in Baldock and surrounding areas.

Festival Programme
|
|
6000 copies of the Baldock Festival programme are printed. They are
distributed to households and organisations throughout Baldock and some
organisations in nearby towns. Where support is confirmed before printing,
an organisation will be acknowledged in the programme. Those sponsoring an
event will be mentioned in the programme entry for the event sponsored. |
Website

The Baldock Festival
Website provides the most up to date information on upcoming events and Festival
as a whole. As with the programme, sponsors will appear on the Website,
where we may be able to include logos and links to sponsors’ Websites. The
Website address is included on the programme front cover and on every
publicity item we can possibly place it on. You can therefore be sure that
all recipients of these media will be directed towards the Website and
therefore your name. |
Posters
 |
|
Many events are advertised using posters, with the support of local
organisations, including public houses, shops and schools. |
Event Tickets
 |
|
Those sponsoring a ticketed event will have their name included on the
tickets. |
Baldock Mail
 |
|
1100 copies of Baldock’s local community newspaper are distributed around
the town every two months. The Festival is a regular feature in the Baldock
Mail, which promotes events and Festival news. |

Newspapers |
|
We have a good working
relationship with The Comet; which has printed a number of articles in the
run up to the Festival. |
|
Radio |
|
As in previous years, contacts have been made to the local area stations and
we hope to achieve some coverage. We've had interviews broadcast on
BBC Three Counties Radio and Chiltern FM. |
